Connect4

Connect4 is a project, created to support the transition to a digital support service for our 4 social hubs based across Staffordshire and Wolverhampton and aims to reduce social and digital isolation for people living in Cannock, Stafford, Stoke on Trent and Wolverhampton.
Connect4 offer a variety of support packages. From assisting with tech set-up, learning how to use a device, navigating the internet and how to use the internet safely.
We will be creating a digital village which will run 24/7, filled with resources, workshops and support to help anyone.

The Connect4 Project ran from October 2020 to March 2021.
We successfully supported over 200 participants across four social hubs, set up over 40 workshops and support groups and set up referral pathways between 20 external organisations.

The Connect4 project is still supporting the Social Hubs and we plan to expand the project further in the coming months.

The project was funded by the National Lottery.

Connect2Kindness

Connect2Kindness was a sub-project of the Connect4 project. The aim of the project was simple; to set up a safe place for people to talk and share their experiences. Focusing on the questions "what happened to you?" and steering away from "What's wrong with you".
The video shows how using a Practice Based Community Transformation approach (PA-CT) works in helping to transform lives and communities.
If you would like to know more information. please email connect4.

Our aims & aspirations were simple, we wanted to open up a nurturing space to facilitate meaningful conversation, with no agenda.

To fully engage with those who have been part of, facilitated and supported activities over the last year.

To ensure all voices can be heard and acknowledged.

To explore the personal, social, economic, systemic and environmental factors that influence our lives and experiences.

To use the information, ideas and feelings that emerge from conversations to learn from the past help us co design our next stages of development.

To offer more and diverse ways to engage going forward.

Please be respectful and kind when watching the video, people are sharing real-life experiences.
